Results of Public consultation on the Network rules and Balancing rules of the Common Balancing Zone of Estonia and Latvia

At April 5, 2019, finished the public consultation on the draft of Common Network rules and Common Balancing rules to be applied in the common zone – entry-exit system consisting of Estonia and Latvia starting from 2020.

After public consultation, the TSOs have compiled the comments submitted by stakeholders and market participants. The updated rules have been submitted to National Regulatory Authorities of the countries.
