Independent accredited auditor

According to Article 117.7 of the Energy Law, an independent accredited auditor is a legal entity accredited by the Latvian National Accreditation Bureau (LATAK) and is fulfilling the accreditation requirements - verifies and certifies gas produced from renewable energy sources:

1. The accuracy and veracity of the data submitted by the producer requesting the gas guarantee of origin;
2. The conformity of the production device with the data submitted by the producer in the electronic guarantee of origin registry.
