Statistics, import and export

Information on issued guarantees of origin is published here. 

According to the EECS framework and the provisions of the Domain Protocol, gas guarantees of origin can be freely imported and exported with AIB member countries that have implemented the EECS standard in the gas field and have approved the Gas Domain Protocol. Information about approved gas domain protocols is published on the AIB website (here) and is marked with the letter "G" next to the relevant country.

Infromation on the countries with which cross-boarder transfers of guarantees or origin are currently possible, and whose registries are technically compliant, is published on the AIB website (here). "Gas" must be indicated in the "Energy Carriers" section of the table for the respective country.
