Conexus Shareholders' meeting will be held on April 25, 2024

The unified natural gas transmission and storage system operator "Conexus Baltic Grid" AS (Conexus) informs that the Shareholders' meeting will be held on April 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at Stigu Street 14, Riga, and online.

The agenda of the Shareholders' meeting will include the reports of the Conexus’ Management Board, Supervisory Council and the independent auditor, approval of the Sustainability and Annual Report 2023, as well as the Dependency Report 2023. The Shareholders’ meeting will also decide on the use of Conexus’ profits and on the election of an auditor for the audit of Sustainability, Annual and Dependency Reports 2024, 2025 and 2026 setting also the auditor's remuneration.

In order to ensure the greatest possible involvement of shareholders in the decision-making process, all shareholders are invited to participate in writing by filling in and submitting a voting form before the meeting.
