Information about storage capacity auction results
In total 12 876 643 MWh have been allocated to applicants in Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage (UGS) capacity auctions on March 15. As a result of Inčukalns UGS capacity auction 10 876 643 MWh have been allocated within one year bundled capacity product for 2021/2022 storage cycle and 2 000 00 MWh have been allocated within two year bundled capacity product for 2021/2023 storage cycle. Applicable premium for allocated one year bundled capacity product is 0,31 EUR/MWh and for two year bundled capacity product is 0,72 EUR/MWh.
Total requested amount of Inčukalns UGS one year bundled capacity product is 19 812 843 MWh which is 1.8 times more than maximum available amount within one year bundled capacity product. Total requested amount of Inčukalns UGS two year bundled capacity product is 5 670 439 MWh which is 2.8 times more than maximum available amount within two year bundled capacity product.
