Conexus Council elected for a temporary term in its current composition

Today, on April 24, the shareholders' meeting of the unified gas transmission and storage system operator "Conexus Baltic Grid" AS ("Conexus") elected for a temporary term the "Conexus" Council in its current composition.

In order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law "On Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Activities of Public Officials", all seven current Council members - Ilmārs Šnucins, Normunds Šuksts, Ivars Moisejs, Zane Āboliņa, Tomohide Goto, Viktors Sentuhovskis and Masanobu Furuya - were confirmed as members of the Council for a temporary period of one year.

In addition to the election of the Council members, the Conexus Annual and Dependency Reports for 2024 were approved and the reports of the "Conexus" Management, Council and independent auditor were noted.

The Shareholders' meeting also decided on the distribution of "Conexus"' profit.
