Changes in the composition of the “Conexus” Supervisory Council has been occurred

Today, on April 23, at the Meeting of Shareholders of the unified natural gas transmission and storage system operator AS "Conexus Baltic Grid" (“Conexus”), the “Conexus” Supervisory council, consisting of five members, was elected for a three-year term.

Tomohide Goto, Viktors Sentuhovskis and Zane Āboliņa were re-elected as Supervisory council members. Sandor Liive and Timo Kiiferi were elected as new Supervisory council members.

The Meeting of Shareholdersalso approved the “Conexus” Annual report and Dependency report for 2025, took note of the reports of the “Conexus” Board, Supervisory Council and Independent Auditor, and took a decision on the use of “Conexus” profit, approving dividend payments of EUR 0.37 per share.

The Meeting of Shareholders supported the initiative of AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” and resolved to adopt a new wording of the Articles of Association of “Conexus”, providing for a reduction in the number of Supervisory Board members from seven to five, as well as determining the remuneration of the Supervisory Board members.
