The Meeting of Shareholders of Conexus will be held on April 24

Unified transmission and storage system operator AS "Conexus Baltic Grid" (hereinafter referred to as "Conexus") hereby informs that the Meeting of Shareholders of the Conexus will take place on April 24, 2025, at 10.00 am at Stigu street 14, Riga, connection will be also provided online.

The Agenda of the Meeting of Shareholders will include the reports of the Conexus Board, Supervisory Council and Independent Auditor, approval of the 2024 Annual report and Dependency report. Simultaneously, the use of Conexus’ profit will be discussed, as well as elections of Supervisory council members are planned.

In order to ensure the greatest possible involvement of shareholders in decision-making, all shareholders are encouraged to participate in a written mode by filling in a voting form prior the Meeting.
