The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Conexus will be held on April 23

Unified transmission and storage system operator "Conexus Baltic Grid" AS (hereinafter referred to as "Conexus") hereby informs that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the "Conexus" will take place on April 23, 2026, at 10.00 am at Stigu street 14, Riga, connection will be also provided online. 

The Agenda of the Meeting of Shareholders will include the reports of the "Conexus" Board, Supervisory Council and Independent Auditor, approval of the Annual report and Dependency report for 2025. Simultaneously, the use of "Conexus" profit and changes of Articles of Association will be discussed, as well as elections of Supervisory council members are planned.

In order to ensure the greatest possible involvement of shareholders in decision-making, all shareholders are encouraged to participate in a written mode by filling in a voting form prior the Meeting.
