About the conversion of "Conexus Baltic Grid" AS shares

Taking into account that according to the decision of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders Meeting of April 27, 2023, it was decided to convert the shares of "Conexus Baltic Grid" AS from dematerialized registered shares to dematerialized shares from July 1, 2023, we inform that in order to ensure the conversion process and book the shares in the original register in the depository Nasdaq CSD, the current list of shareholders will be fixed on the end of day of June 26, 2023, and the issue of existing dematerialized registered shares will be deleted from the system on June 27, 2023.

Therefore, please note that in period between June 27 and 30, 2023, share’s re-registration assignments and shareholder’s questionnaires will not be accepted.

We invite all shareholders, starting from July 4, 2023, to register the shares of "Conexus Baltic Grid" AS they own in the financial instruments account (ISIN code LV0000101889).

We remind you that the registration of shares in a financial instruments account is not mandatory, however, it is important to consider that until a financial instruments account is opened or the shares are not registered in a financial instruments account, ownership of shares will be confirmed by an entry in the original register of Nasdaq CSD, and the shareholder will not be able to receive dividends. sell, pledge or perform other actions with the shares.
