Public Consultation on Amendments to the Regulations of Use of the Inčukalns UGS Facility

The Public Utilities Commission (hereinafter - PUC) launches a public consultation on amendments to the Regulations of Use of the Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage (hereinafter - UGS) Facility. The purpose of the consultation document is to inform the public and to find out the opinion of interested parties on the draft decision of PUC "Amendments to the Decision No 1/14 of 1 October 2020 of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission " Regulations of Use of the Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage Facility "" .

Proposals and comments on the Draft Amendments should be submitted to the PUC in writing to the address Ūnijas iela 45, Riga, LV-1039, or to the e-mail address [email protected] by 20 September 2024.
