Public consultation on the amendments in the provisions of Natural Gas Transmission System Use
The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) on the base of amendments in the provisions of Natural Gas Transmission System Use presented by JSC Conexus Baltic Grid, announces the public consultation on the changes implemented in the draft provisions. Before approving the provisions, PUC invites the players participants to familiarize with the draft provisions and provide their suggestions to 12 October.
The implemented amendments in the provisions of Natural Gas Transmission System Use will change the former procedure as to the transmission system and balancing services contractual provisions and calculation of balancing natural gas price.

PUC invites to give the suggestions and comments on the draft provisions in writing sending them to the electronic mail address sprk@sprk.gov.lv to 12 October 2018.
Bases on the necessity to implement the provisions of Inčukalns Underground Gas Storage Use and comply with the requirements of Regulation of European Commission [1] , JSC Conexus Baltic Grid has prepared draft amendments in the provisions and has submitted it to PUC for approval.
Having assessed the suggestions submitted by JSC Conexus Baltic Grid, PUC prepared the draft provisions and initiates the process of public consultations.
