The results of the public consultation
Conexus Baltic Grid AS (Conexus) in cooperation with the Estonian natural gas transmission system operator Elering AS (Elering) during the period from 6th March 2024 to 20th March 2024 organized a public consultation (links Public Consultation on Amendments to the Common Regulations for the Use of Natural Gas Transmission System | Conexus) on changes in the Common Regulations for the Use of Natural Gas Transmission System.

Conexus in cooperation with Elering has developed the draft of Common Regulations for the Use of Natural Gas Transmission System based on the provisions of Section 117 (3) (1) of the Energy Law of Republic of Latvia, for submission to the Public Utilities Commission of Latvia and the Estonian Competition Authority.
The amendments to the Common Regulations for the Use of Natural Gas Transmission System are intended to enter into force 30 days after the coordinated decision by the Public Utilities Commission of Latvia and the Estonian Competition Authority. Until the Amendments entry into force, the current version of the Common Regulations for the Use of Natural Gas Transmission System (confirmed by the decision no 18 on 2nd March 2023 of the Public Utilities Commission of Latvia) will remain applicable.
