The new Council of JSC “Conexus Baltic Grid”

Today the new Council of the company was elected during the extraordinary shareholders meeting of JSC “Conexus Baltic Grid”.

According to the suggestions submitted by the shareholders, Kaspars Āboliņš, Ilze Bērziņa, Sanita Greize, Ilmārs Šņucins, William Pierson, Guillaume Rivron and Frank Siebert were elected in the position of Member of the Council of JSC "Conexus Baltic Grid" for three years.

On the grounds of the request of a shareholder representing at least one twentieth part of the company’s equity and on the grounds of Commercial Law section 296 part seven, the previously elected Council was dismissed from the positions of the Members of the Council of JSC "Conexus Baltic Grid".
